In recent years, In recent years, with the rapid development of our national economy, the highway traffic as a national economic infrastructure, also with flourished. Traffic infrastructure investment is increasing continuously, the high grade highway traffic mileage and rapid growth year after year. It is predicted that in our country and the rapid development of highway construction, corresponding for a period of time in future a lot of pavement need maintenance, maintenance and reconstruction, in order to keep a good road performance. The main harm as pavement rut one, how accurate and rapid detection of pavement rut depth by the countries all over the world attention.Based on the detailed analysis of the present situation of the rut detection technology at home and abroad, based on the introduced based on the three dimensional structure light detection principle of pavement rutting test system, this paper describes in detail the structure light3d measurement principle and the geometric model, and on this basis, construct a new3d measurement model for the actual produce error were analyzed, and the results show the rationality and applicability. According to the three dimensional structure light pavement rutting test system main technical research, this paper mainly in the following several aspects:Firstly, introduces the current situation of the road test at home and abroad, the pavement rutting test system composition and principle of the device has certain familiar with. The common pavement test methods were compared, taking into all these factors, the sampling type, structure characteristics, load information, precision and function etc. Content, consider the equipment cost, research cycle and the difficulty of the development, based on the linear structured light system active visual method for application solutions.Secondly, the structure light3d measurement technology has carried on the preliminary analysis, the understanding of the three dimensional structure light measurement principle on the basis of linear structured light basic two-dimensional model detailed description and analysis. And thus structured light3d measurement mathematical model, the established model of the principle, application to do further explained.Thirdly, in establishing the structure light3d detection model, based on the analysis of actual measurement that may arise during the process of influence factors of error. When the vehicle in the course of driving appear bump and oscillation of the model, the influence of the vehicle detection system of internal gear relative motion, etc are discussed and analyzed. Fourthly, in theory, on the basis of the actual building structure light3d test device, first to CCD camera lens to focus and get clear image. Through the Harris corner detection method to CCD attitude adjustment, collect different position in the standard module image, the3d detection system for calibration, in order to achieve the purpose of measuring objects, complete the structure light3d test depth size measurement.
