The demand of FIBC gains its growth increasingly at the present stage. But there’s noautomatic, continuous and integral production line inland or overseas. In this paper, anautomatic production line is proposed based on the characteristics of FIBC and thedetailed design is carried out in the automatic loading station.First of all, preliminary schemes are given and the overall layout is proposed in thispaper for the automatic production equipment for FIBC on the basis of function it need toachieve and the system scheme is improved based on the TOC theory. Then it extends the design of the automatic loading station according to the abovescheme. The functional decomposition is made by using the axiomatic design andmechanisms are divided. The detailed overall design of the automatic loading station is carried out according tothe combination of the axiomatic design theory and the basic principles of mechanicaldesign and the mechanical design of the assembly units is completed in the automaticloading station. Then it analyzes and calculates the key parts in this paper. It makes the statics analysis in the roller which is a key part in the loading station byutilizing the finite element analysis and the improved design is made based on the result ofthe analysis. In the result, it reduces the mass and the rotational inertia efficiently. Thedynamics simulation is made in the brace frames by utilizing ADAMS. The optimal designis carried out in the connecting rod of the brace frames. The research results were successfully applied in the project the automatic productionequipment for FIBC and it also can provide certain references in the related areas in otherindustry.
