The computer technology is improved much in this period.However,the hard disk as an important component has become a performance bottleneck for a long time.The traditional hard drive has a slow,bulky,not anti vibration faults.According for this reason,SSD will be used more than before.But SSD has the problem itselves,the limit of program/erase cycles.In some of highend applications,General SSD also can't reach the requirment because of its interface.The research content of this paper is to build a system with high efficient transmission and have a better read/write behavior,which is based on the solid hard disk of storage media flash memory stack and RAID technology.The solid states drive has the advantages of faster accessing and better reliability because of its non-manipulator design.This system uses two levels dram buffers,the one is the solid state drives' embedded dram chip and another is on dram memerymoudle in computer.The basic principle of operation is to intercept and group incoming data.At the same time,build the mapping table to record the data before and after writing,in order to make sure that the input and output data are the same.Then flush the data to the phisical disk.This system can improve the P/E cycles of the storage lifetime and the performance of data transmission.The research included the hardware and software design and it's easy to use.The results of the study can make the hard disk's sequential read/write performance increased to 2200 MBps,the peak performance increased to 8000 MBps.At the same time,the SSD's P/E cysles is significantly improved to 2 times as before.That means the total written bytes is also increased.The results of the study can be applied to a variety of personal computers,as well as small server,etc.It has a wide application prospect.
