Tanks dehydration is a very important part in the process of Oil storage.Storage tanks of the plant are generally distributed from a few to hundreds, in order tofacilitate the management and adapt to the security needs, we need real-timemonitoring and storage of multiple tanks water-cutting status information. For thiscase, the paper uses ZigBee as a communication protocol in the water-cuttingMonitoring System.The entire system includes monitor level, network transmission level and fieldlevel. The field level includes the corresponding sensor device and a processor, todetect and process the scene of the tank information; network transmission levelincludes the ZigBee nodes of the network structure, in order to transmit informationto the monitoring room wirelessly; monitor level is to achieve human-computerinteraction and storage of information. Further, depending on the actual situation, thepaper changes the structure of the network transmission portion, to make the systemoptimization.According to the overall scheme of the system, and putting the processor ofSTC89LE58CC2530chip as the core, the system uses a specific hardware circuitdesign. We design power supply circuit, ZigBee nodes interface circuit, poweramplifier circuit, the node interface circuit betweem PC and network coordinator,terminal detects circuit and interface circuit with terminal nodes.System software includes sensor processor software, network node software andPC software. According to the site control requirements, we design sensor processingterminal part of the program. According to the API of ZigBee protocol stack, weprovide a network node interface design procedures, and use VB language to designPC software. Finally, the various parts of the system have been tested.I believe in the near future, the ZigBee technology or other wireless protocolsused in water-cutting tank monitoring system will be a trend.
