In order to ensure that the turret has good mobility in the factory, need toevaluate the system in the turret, to make its discretion and level aimed to the maximumand minimum speed conform to requirements. Now the gun system testing mainly usingrecorder device, stylus and a stopwatch. Mainly rely on manual testing method. Allmeasurement process manipulation is multifarious, need a long time, accuracy is not high,but also requires the test personnel familiar with the function index of the measurementprocess and subsequent data processing method. This traditional method is not suitable forthe present to the degree of automation and accuracy requirements.In order to significantly improve measurement automation degree and precision, thispaper uses image processing technology, to complete non-contact cursor trajectorydetection (target detection method), complete turret movement velocity measurement. Thismethod can inhibit the shafting movement, artillery ring gear machining error causes oferror. Complete motion turret and chassis relative rotation angle measurement. In thispaper, install the laser pen in the gun barrel, laser pen from the laser spot in fixedinstallation on the target, use camera to real-time tracking trajectories of laser spot, andthus indirectly to the turret tracking trajectory, detect the coordinates of laser spot,implementation of barrel migration velocity measurement. First to collect imageinformation, and then to the collected images using weighted average method for colorconversion, using median filter to smooth, using threshold segmentation method for imagesegmentation, using wavelet transform fusion and Canny algorithm for edge detection andtwo-dimensional modified Hough transform method is used to detect the laser center,finally calculate the turret movement angular velocity. In order to make the imageprocessing speed faster, measurement without the use of PC, this paper also attempts to usethe FPGA test trajectory, the FPGA system can be divided into five modules: video image acquisition module, storage module, image processing module, coordinate laser spotdetection module and VGA display module.In the laboratory on the turntable measurement method for this article has carried onthe experiment, the results show that the method satisfies the requirement of measuring theindex, showing that the design method is feasible. |
