The Internet is changing every industry, for the transmission of radio and televisionindustry is undergoing changes rapidly. According to the general theory of the strategicmanagement, launches the research on the Hebei wireless digital terrestrial televisionnetwork(Hebei DTV) business strategy; There are many political, economic, social andtechnique factors to estimate in run of Hebei DTV, as well as challenges to be overcome;through analyzing the current situation and development trend of radio and televisiontransmission industry, media TV transmission based on different technologies and formeddifferent competing groups, especially OTT TV was transforming in the traditional TVindustry. To achieve the goal in public service, Hebei DTV must break through thelimitations of themselves, create more value for customers, and provide more qualityservices; Analysis the resources of Hebei Radio and TV Technology Center, which incharge of Hebei DTV net, value chain of TV transmission, business combination over DTVnet, to determine the gap to business success. Through the domestic and foreign digital TVcase experience, put forward the horizontal integration strategy, network developmentintensive strategy and platform strategy;repositioning in the market, estimate networkconstruction strategy and supporting business strategy in the DTV business, the partners inthe development of the project, according to the industry chain, cooperation with thecommon interests of the partners, integration of industry resources, build Hebei provinceTV transmission industry strategic alliance.
