Since China proposed the " One Belt and One Road " initiative,a series of notable achievements have been made in the connection of people's hearts,facilities,funds,trade and policy communication.In the international exchange,cultural exchange has become the commanding point.As a new form of cultural industry,digital publishing industry gradually plays an important role in promoting the international influence and communication power of Chinese culture in cultural input and input.The study of digital publishing and the cooperation and development of industry and cooperation between China-Japan-Korea(South Korea,same below)will,in practice,meet the realistic demands of cultural exchanges between China-Japan-Koreaunder the initiative of "One Belt and One Road",promote the cooperation and development of digital publishing between China-Japan-South Korea,enrich the theory of digital publishing Strategic Alliance Construction in theory,and expand the way of constructing digital publishing strategic alliances.Based on the "One Belt and One Road" initiative and the conspiracy of China-Japan-South Korea along the route,this paper attempts to build a strategic alliance of China-Japan-South Korea,and promote its strategy.Therefore,starting from the power source of the construction of the strategic alliance of China-Japan-Korea,this paper takes the construction of the strategic alliance as a breakthrough point,and strives to provide ideas and strategies to solve the problems of digital publishing security and digital publishing environment faced by China-Japan-South Korea,so as to provide theoretical support and learning for the coordinated and sustainable development of Northeast Asia's regional economy and society and the virtuous cycle of cultural and ecological environment Hard work.This paper mainly does the following work: First,this paper applies the literature analysis method to the relevant literature at home and abroad,to apply the knowledge atlas to comb the theoretical research of Strategic Alliance,digital publishing,publishing resources,Chinese-Japanese-Korean publishing and the cultural blending of "Belt and Road".Secondly,the author comments on the main concepts and related theories of "Belt and Road",digital publishing,strategic alliance,etc..Thirdly,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of digital publishing in China-Japan-Korea are analyzed by using SWOT method.Fourthly,by using the method of system analysis,this paper analyzes the reasons for the construction of China-Japan-Korea digital publishing resources strategic alliance from four aspects: politics,economy,culture and interests,the necessity and feasibility of cooperation among China-Japan-Korea are analyzed.Fifthly,by using the methods of strategic analysis,the author puts forward that by constructing the strategic alliance of Education and scientific research,the strategic alliance of content industry development,the strategic alliance of Digital Publishing Finance and the strategic alliance of Digital Publishing Culture,to achieve the Strategic Alliance of Digital Publishing Resources of China-Japan-Korea.Sixthly,from the aspects of law,organization,fund and Technology,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the development of China-Japan-Korea digital publishing resource strategic alliance.
