With the advent of the big data and development of mobile Internet,micro-channel, microblogging and other new media has developed very rapid. Thetrend of convergence between the traditional media such as newspapers, magazines,television, radio and the new media are more obvious. The content of the media isexpected more rich, and the process are required pluralism, easy and convenient.FM radio gained wide application for the advantages of mature technology, lowcost, long transmission distance. In this paper, audio watermarking technology is usedto embed the ID which identifies the identity into the FM audio without prejudice tothe FM audio quality. The FM broadcast audio can access to the Internet using this IDnumber to identify the identity, which makes broadcast content are richer. In this way,it combines with the new media.In this paper, the theoretical upper limit of the echoes number in multiple echoessystem is first pointed out by our analysis. Based on this, we designed an echo hidingembedding algorithm with multiple echoes which can be used in FM radio. Weanalyzed the theory optimal values of the parameters which have a great impact onsystem performance. The watermark extraction algorithm is improved for the newembedding algorithm. Finally, the channel capacity is derived.Then, the proposed system is tested on a semi-physical platform with the realchannel transmission to insure the robustness, imperceptibility and capacity. Theresults showed that the scheme have higher capacity on the premise of guaranteeingthe robustness and imperceptibility. The subjective test result shows that ourwatermarking process does not obvious damage on the hearing quality of host audio.Finally, the scheme with parity check bit is used on the FM broadcasting. Also,the double synchronous containing frame synchronization and data synchronization isproposed to solve the problem of synchronization. The results show that it has goodperformance on the premise of guaranteeing the blind detection.
