Audio Information Hiding Technology

The research on the information hidding include the information hidding technique and analysis technique of the hidden information. The major content of the hidding technique is seek to the algorithm that insert the secret information into the host information. The host information may be the text, the image ,the audio etc..Resently,with the developing of information hidding technique,the audio digital watermark technique is becoming a hot topic. It can be used to protecting copyright,hidding communication by embedding the secret information into the audio file. The audio digital watermark techniques are discussed in detail in this paper.First, the development course of audio digital watermark in past years is reminded, and have introduced the basic issues of information hidding and digital watermark and have summed the basic frame of digital watermark technique.Then introduced the working principle of some audio watermark technologies existed now in detail, and analyzed them and Summarized. And then, having the aid of the patchwork algorithm in image digital watermark, this paper presents a novel audio watermark scheme which can be applied in DCT. Since two patches are used, it can detect the embedded watermarks without the original host images, which makes it a blind watermarking algorithm. Finally, the paper shows the further research direction in audio digital watermarking.
