Design And Implementation Of Shared Self-printing System Based On Email Resolution

Electronic documents and Email systems are the main media for the dissemination and knowledge sharing,but there are still a large number of scenes where electronic documents cannot be directly used.and converting them into paper documents after printing can better meet the needs of reading and backup.Current printing mode has two problems,the discontinuity of printing requirements and the high cost of purchasing and maintaining printing equipments.So that printing equipments cannot match users effectively.To solve the above problems,many printing businesses come to birth and provide shared printing services.At present,queuing is very common in traditional fast printing parlors,which limits the usage of printing resources and lowers the printing experiences.Therefore,it is particularly important to design a self-printing product which can utilize printing equipments more effectively and save time and labor costs.A self-printing system based on Email resolving is designed,which contains two parts:a PC client and a Web portal.Users can finish printing by using the built-in APP to send Emails.A Chinese word segmentation module is designed to analyze Email content and extract the printing requirements.At the same time,a confirmation Email is replied to user to verify the above requirement.Also payment can be made through the hyperlink in the reply Email.The PC client will be used to invoke the printers in printing parlors.The statistics of printing income and resource utilization can be reported in detail.A filtering and searching mechanism is provided to look up the printing requirements.The shared self-printing system creates a more efficient printing mode,especially for mobile scenarios,which does not require installing extra APP on cell phones.By using this system,the traditional queuing problem can be avoided and improve the ratio of usage of printing equipments.Also the traditional complicated manual operations can be omitted.A convenient data reporting module is designed for printing statistics.
