After China’s entry into WTO and the reform of the telecom system, telecommarket will be gradually open to foreign capital and will form a multi-competitionpattern step by step. Facing the brand-new market competition environment,domestic telecom operators not only should improve their own network status andstrengthen investment in hardware, but also should pay much more attention toservice contents, service modes, service quality and business management. Theyshould introduce advanced management experience and theory of foreign advancedtelecom enterprise, integrate existing resources, form client-centered and market-oriented management ideas, transform business processes, promptly master marketopportunity, and improve service level and internal management level.This paper analyzes and studies the frame of next generation of telecomoperation support system (NGOSS). According to the current situation anddevelopment in the China’s telecom operation support system, the paper proposesHeilongjiang Unicom business acceptance system based on NGOSS architectureand component. At the analyzing period, we study the whole business of telecomoperation support system (BOSS), and found that business acceptance system is thefront-end of BOSS system’s whole business. The system’s business main body isbusinesses application in telecom product business halls. According to thecomplexity degree of business acceptance service, business acceptances are dividedinto single product business acceptance and product wrap business acceptance ofcombinatorial product. According to the analysis results, single product businessacceptance is designed to be universal full-service business acceptance functionmodule. Product wrap business acceptances are divided into product wrapcombination and product wrap split. Product wrap combination is to combineproducts into product wrap. Product wrap split is to split products from productwrap. Different types of services use the same data model. Request note savefunction of two services is designed to be the general save module of backgroundrequest note.The system, using component-based multi-tier architecture, in the systemrealization, such design patterns as proxy class pattern, factory pattern, data transferobject pattern and data access object pattern are used. By use of Java DevelopmentTechnique of Struts and Hibernate framework, and original correlation algorithm,system display is separate from business; data is separate from business logic. Thesystem development is simplified; productive ability of system component isincreased; system flexibility and maintainability are improved.
