With the introduction of electronic trading in securities trading markets, theinvestors change to online trading with more real-time and convenient from thetraditional spot transactions. Current, there is a certain geographic limitations with theonline stock trading which is based on Internet. With the the rapid development ofmobile Internet, this article is based on the mobile platform of Android, which is thedesign and implementation of stock trading and management platform on mobile phone,and the main content is margin trading subsystem.Based on the above situation to determine the destination of the margin tradingsystem, analysis the necessity and feasibility on the basis of the survey on the currentsystem. Using Unified Modeling Language UML conducte use case modeling,rendering the system timing diagram. Analysis the current margin technical frameworkabout Hithink Flush. Design an Implementation of margin trading clients. Ultimatelydetermine the margin trading system design principles and architecture,and determinethe function and role of its modules.The margin trading system includes the following functions: credit login,implement the login function of margin trading account; credit transactions, includingbuy of financing, securities sold and paying of debt, a total of three kinds of tradingpatterns; collateral transactions including trading collateral, moveing in or out ofcollateral; commission orders and inquire of credit data; changing and maintaining thepassword and so on.This article describes in detail the various modules of the system requirementsanalysis, design, business processes, and specific method. The system uses a three-tiermodel, enables the interface layer and the data layer separated, and conducive to therapid development and reduces the coupling. In addition, as the system involves a lot offunds and bank accounts and other account information. So, use SSL encryptionprotocol can ensure transaction security. this system can greatly reduce the loss of fundsabout Investors users due to the price time difference. So It can see the importance andthe actual value of the margin trading system.At the end of this paper, through the test of the realized margin of the page, as wellas debugging of real data of applications, it creates the feasibility and effectiveness ofthe margin page, also illustrates the implementation of the method has very good useeffect. This system has been put into the company to use, it greatly improved theefficiency of the investors for margin trading, and met the needs of the system fully.
