Now China’s aging tide is coming, there are more and more old people needto provided monitoring and daily health care. At the same time, people alsogradually improve the quality of life and pay attention to the health statusof body. With the increasing attention on health, how to provide effectiveassessment of their health, the daily management of the health become theconsensus of everyone. How to realize the health monitoring and care,we can usean idea of smart home that is using home mobile medical. In the family of mobilemedical system, mainly through the application of various sensors, constantlymonitoring to index physical health. For example, a wireless automatic bloodpressure monitor, small volume, easy to carry, can be the same as the watch wornon the wrist, which can automatically measure the value of blood pressure andpulse value from user.In the past, the family of mobile medical input data into the home gatewayby hand,the operation is complex and can not be performed on the data shortcomingseffectively unified management. this thesis presents the design andimplementation of oriented mobile medical wireless communication system forfamily. The system is composed of wireless medical equipment, home gateway andthe back-end server, with the wireless communication technology as thetheoretical basis. Medical equipment through signs to home gateway based onNRF24LE1and then will upload data to the background server based on networkcommunication way. This paper mainly completed the following three parts:1, this paper describes the design and architecture of some existing mobilemedical system, analysis market demand,then proposes a family medical systemschemewhich is closed to the actual;2,the paper elaborates the wireless network communication based on NRF24LE1andGPRS, then realized that the data transmission is stable and reliable;3,the system has completed the software and hardware design of wireless medicalterminal, home gateway mobile medical system, and verify.The results show that the system can better achieve the medical data with wirelesstransmission, storing data by home gateway and uploading data to the backgrounddiserver. it has achieved a expected effect.
