Since the economy development of china is transiting from rapid to moderateand sustainable, the promotion and reform are inseparable from talents, andundoubtedly, the graduates are the most direct driving force to add fresh blood for thesociety. But most graduates lack comprehensive understanding of the market demandof talents, lack the abilities to make a proper self-assessment and personal occupationplanning. Therefore, the occupations they engage don’t match their specialties, evendeviate. Consequently, a large number of professional talents flow away.In this paper, by the elaboration from6aspects, which are analysis of researchbackground, significance and key points, of main technologies discussion and systemdemands, of system key technologies, system design and realization, conclusion andforecast, etc. It aims to draw blueprints for constructing a perfect occupation planningsimulation of graduates, and evaluation system of their posts competence, meanwhileprovide available system designs and technology solution programs.The primary function which occupation planning simulation and postscompetence evaluation system need to achieve is: according to the actual situation ofeach graduate, make professional analysis and evaluation, and formulate anoccupation choosing plan which fit the graduates’ practical capacities. Meantime,customize and recommended job posts choosing range which both meets thegraduates’ own specialties and the enterprises’ needs, at the same time, take mutualrecommendation both for the graduates and enterprises, and then make statisticalanalysis of the graduates’ employment situation, form plenty of employment data, andestablish a big data center to provide data support for future occupation planning andemployment.General operation process of the system is to make analysis of the graduates’employment situation for first:1. Fulfill test questionnaires of graduates’ occupationtendency.2. Make personal information collection, the ready-made questionnaireconclusion data and personal comprehensive data will automatically match thepre-planned post competency model by system, and search for corresponding postsvia retrieving large data resources.3. Provide employment guidance reports and occupation planning advices through the system’s further analysis of proper posts, andcomplete the two-way recommendation between graduates and employers.4. After aseries of work, big data center will be formed by the collating and analysis of relateddata by the system. And finally, establish a management system of big data center,which can support for the graduates’ employment and provide comprehensivemanagement for them.
