System is divided into five main modules, datacommunication processing module been responsible for data acquisitionand processing functions, including collected data by Lower machineand user input data, data processing section been responsible forprocessing the collected data and determining, and then passed tocontrol part. Control module completed operation control of system,mainly including open or close valve, when the system starts, close thedrain valve, and open the main channel, ready to detect, when flowlevel was selected by the user,then open the inlet valve, when the datacommunication processing module detected that the data reaches themaximum value, the operation control module closed the inlet valve,and opened drain valve, At the same time the measured data is displayto the interface. Data was written to the database by the data savemodule with ADO and SQL language. Data query module is responsiblefor displaying the data, the module used ADO control to connect withthe grid control and database. Setup module is used to set the serial portfor communication.
