Shield Pose Measurement System is to make the shield tunnel forward Precisely bydesign course, which directly affects the accuracy of tunnel construction. Combined withimage processing technology wireless transmission technology, data encryption technologyand software protection technology, this paper studies the key technologies in Shield PoseMeasurement System, proposed a new method for locating the spot center, achieved ameans to maintain the Pose Measurement System conveniently and effectively, establisheda data encryption and software protection system.The new method analyzed the effect of different nature of spot and different spot centercalculation algorithms for the precision of spot center location, and further demonstrate byexperiments that the new spot location method is more precise and stable then the previousone.In the programme of system maintainance, we need to establish a connection betweenmobile communication tools and the low machine of attitude measurement system usingBluetooth wireless communication technology. And develop appropriate client program onthe mobile communication tools, establish resident program in the below machine ofattitude measurement system, so as to connect with the mobile communication tools in anMaster-slave pattern and achieve the purpose of monitoring and debugging themeasurement system conveniently.This article describes a method to conduct a comprehensive security for the measurem-ent system. The laser target strict access control to prevent unauthorized users frommalicious destruction of embedded systems or data theft; Using MD5digest algorithm togenerate a unique digital certificate for each laser target which contains information of itsvarious hardware and software. When the system is running, it validated so as to protecthardware devices and prevent forgery of laser target. Using the APIs provided byCoderMeter software protection system to secondary develop a hardware encryption systemfor applications and shared Library. Greatly improve the security of confidential programsand data.Experiments show that the new spot location method Improves the precision of themeasurement of shield pose, the maintenance technology based on Bluetooth improved easeof maintenance, Cleared the obstacles in the way from the laboratory to the industrial site ofthe Pose Measurement System. And data encryption protection system provide a guaranteefor engineering Information security.
