Design And Implementation Of Base Station Opening Scheduling System

At the beginning of twenty-first Century, with the Recombination of the operatorand gradually formed a new pattern of competition, the level of competition hasbecome more intense, the biggest feature of the new phase is the operators pay moreattention to their own core competitiveness, improve the management level and theoperation efficiency, and reduce the operation cost. So for mobile business, the mostimportant factor affecting the quality of the user perception is the wireless network,which is the goal takes effort and human capacity of each operator building,optimizing, so the wireless base station construction work will be regarded as themost basic and most important resource construction.This paper’s work includes:(1) On the analysis of research background and current situation of BeijingUnicom mobile network construction, based on specific business needs of the openingof Beijing Unicom base station, combined with opening base station scheduling, putforward existing network management problems and solutions, and from the view oftechnology and business carried out a detailed analysis and design, finally realizes theapplication.(2) Analyzed from the technical level, in order to improve the system’smaintainability, code reusability, flexibility and scalability, the system uses thepopular SSH framework,activiti and Oracle database, and the B/S system architecture,designed hierarchy component of the system based on a hierarchy of SSH framework,the system is divided into the data presentation layer, logic Jump layer, businessservice layer, data access layer and the business entity layer, and finally designed awhole package structure of the system.(3) Analyzed from the operational level, system will establish wireless sourcedatabase of Beijing Unicom, recording the whole network wireless networkequipment capability and the allocation of resources, improve the data resources arenot uniform and dispersion, and build electronic opening process, to makeinformation to take a giant step forward.Based on the overall design of the system,carried out a detailed analysis and design, and coding, each department can be organicefficient operation by using method of the process.Through the design and implementation of this system, implementing and enhancing the construction and maintenance ability of the network, through theefficient deployment of wireless cyber source, wireless network source electronics,wireless resource allocation visualization will be implemented. thereby compressingstation opening time and improve network construction quality and speed.
