With the ever-accelerating pace of life and the rapid development ofeconomy,unreasonable eating habits and accelerated aging society speed,and anincreasing incidence of coronary heart disease,hypertension,sudden death and so on.Inorder to avoid accidents,people need a way to monitoring their vital signs,which canmonitoring their cardiovascular information non-invasively at home for alwaysknowing their physical condition and recognizing cardiovascular disease in time.A deep research about the formation mechanism of the pulse wave is conductedin this paper based on related research at home and abroad.On the basis ofsummarizing the existing pulse wave acquisition and analysis methods,a collectingand analyzing system of human vital signal based on FPGA is introduced.The syste mcan calculate the blood parameters by detecting radial artery pulse wave and somebasic information,which overcomes the impact of subjective factors on pulse-takingwith traditional Chinese medicine and is very important significance for thequantitative analysis and integrated diagnosis of the pulse information.This articlemainly includes the following several aspects:The paper summarizes the existing non-invasive continuous monitoringmethods of human vital signal in our country and abroad.It carrys out the research onthe formation mechanism of the pulse wave and temperature and analyzes therelationship between the pulse wave and human cardiovascular system to extract theblood parameters related to the cardiovascular system.The application of BP neuralnetwork on pulse condition recognition are also analyzed and studied.Using wavelet transform to remove low frequency interference caused by thebaseline drift and human breath,muscle tension and mood swings,using the adaptivealgorithm to remove white noise and the fixed50Hz frequency interference caused bythe instruments,which provides good foundations for the precise extraction of vitalsignal features.In this paper,we have designed the pulse wave detecting circuit,which include thesignal amplifying circuit,A/D conversion circuit and serial communicationcircuit.Using a combination of Visal Studio2010and MATLAB programming tocomplete the design and implementation of the software system at PC,which cancalculate blood parameters combined with blood pressure values detectednon-invasively after preprocessing of the original pulse wave and extracting therelevant blood parameters.Then the contrast test proves that the system has higneraccuracy.
