As people’s living standard is rising, the plane becomes the first choice for moreand more people. So, it’s pressing to book and buy the tickets more conveniently.Booking and buying tickets needs effectiveness. The traditional way of booking in thestore or by the phone can’t meet the need. As the Internet becomes more popular,booking the tickets on the Internet is essential. To establish a quick and convenientsystem becomes the airline’s first choice.This paper describes the background and the related technology of the bookingsystem home and abroad, and use a company as a case. Also, it analyzes theprocedures of booking, paying and refunding, and it focuses on customer’s need. Thispaper uses the Struts+Spring and Hibernate as the system structure, dividing twofunctional systems: the sales service, the propaganda of the enterprise and theinformation display; the management of the booking system. It designs a unifiedinterface platform, the functional structure of the system and the network topology. Inthe system functional design, it focuses on the booking, online payment, and refund.At last, it describes the concrete process of the system test.
