With the socio-economic development of the people’s living standards improve, people’s pace of life is gradually accelerated, more and more travelers choose to travel more comfortable and efficient civil aviation, civil aviation passenger being completed by the high-end services to transition to civilian service. Other hand, with the scientific and technological level, in particular the development and popularization of the Internet Web and electronic payment, have a profound impact on people’s travel and spending habits. Passenger travel demand as well as the electronic ticket, construction ticket booking just adapted to the needs of travelers.System integration, service-oriented architecture has become the preferred solution for the implementation of enterprise IT systems. To establish the basis of REST is a full use of the Web features the distributed architecture style, the advantages of not only the HTTP protocol as a transport, but make full use of the HTTP protocol, REST provides a very simple, lightweight program to achieve interoperability between different platforms and different languages, follow the application of the principles of REST architecture allows application developers to greatly decoupled interaction between service providers and service consumers operation, so that the two can continue to evolve.In this paper, based on the analysis of the ticket market developments, discusses the characteristics and design principles of service-oriented architecture, and discusses the differences and advantages of REST Web services with traditional RPC Web services and networks for the deployment of the existing network environment strategy, design the tickets booking system architecture, and describes the function and design of the various components of the organizational structure and a key part of last discussed based on the implementation of the REST-based information service module, the basic flow of inquiries and bookings module, and system the work done on the protection of user account information security. At last this article summarizes the work done, and pointed out the shortcomings of the system, and further improvement of the system.
