Radar as one of the important members of the air defense system andinformation collected fields,and its requirements of mobility are morestringent.Radar mechanical transmission mainly include erection and expand of theradar, For radar in different working environment,the requirements of radar’serection and expand are not the same, however,the erection and expand of radar havedirect relation to radar’s maneuvering performance,So the research of radarequipment erection and deployed device has important engineering significance anddefense significance.This paper supported by an enterprise technology research projects, and based onfinite element technology, virtual prototype technology,and the theory of multi-bodydynamics, for a double-screw lifting device of the radar on institutional precisionanalysis, motion simulation and finite element simulation. The main work of thispaper include:(1) By introducing the performance of the radar and its workingparameters,analyzing the working principle of the double-screw mechanism, anddefining the motion form of double-screw mechanism and control method;For screwlifting condition, on the force analysis, force analysis model is established.(2) We analyzed the original error of lead double-screw transmissionmechanism, using the calculation method of error that synthesize each mainoriginal errors into an equivalent error;Using a thread incremental method establishlead screw precision analysis model, and set up single motion model that from thescrew to the surface of antenna array.Based on the motion model,the expression ofunsynchronized displacement of the double screw are established.(3) Through make use of MATLAB,we get the error change curve obtained bythe simulation of accuracy analysis model and motion model established and get themotion curve of screw length change with antenna array, analyzing the model ofunsynchronized displacement of the double screw;Using ADAMS to makekinematics simulation of mechanism, analyzing the influence of the original error ofmechanism motion.(4) Though carrying out the multi_body dynamics modeling and simulation oflifting mechanism in ADAMS virtual prototype simulation platform, it is concludedthat the axial force change law of the screw in the lifting process;Based on the results of dynamic simulation,the modal of lifting mechanism was analyzed, and thevibration mode and natural frequency were extracted. Based on ANSYS simulationplatform we carry out finite element simulation for maximum unsynchronizeddisplacement of double-screw, and analyzing the unsynchronized additional force.In this paper, the research work involves the accuracy analysis and dynamicanalysis,provide a idea for resolving and analyzing the case of double-screw liftingmechanism is not synchronized,thesis research methods have theoretical guidancemeaning and engineering application value. To the double-screw mechanism andother similar products.
