The Design Of Smart Home System Based On ARM Cortex-A8and Android Platform

In recent years, with the development of information technology, communication technology and computer technology,smart home control system has been applied to the new field of real estate in a certain extent. It act as a new field of intelligence and physical union, which is very important to the management of the smart home security and intellectualized.But in our country the development of smart home currently limited to the field of intelligent residential area management, and tends to simplification.There is no unified standard, the wiring is difficult, the project of renovation is too big, and the price is not accepted by ordinary families, so it is still in the preliminary stage in the development of the smart home. In this paper the design of smart home control system based on ARM Cortex-A8and Android platform is the integrated application of information technology, network technology, sensor technology, moving target detection technology, ZigBee technology,etc. Core of hardware is SAMSUMG S5PV210(embedded CPU), the software development platform is the Android system that based on the Linux kernel.Embedded control center as the core of the system is responsible for data processing and data transmission. As a result of the core system is the open source-Linux kernel system, and the processor chip is the Cortex-A8embedded processor chip, multiple driver embedded in the system kernel, make it can through the TCP/IP or3G network forms to transmit data.This paper expounds the overall design of the system and the main data stream processing relationship. The system through the wireless form the house internal network,and mainly adopts the CC2530chip as the core of ZigBee node module, and it integrated a variety of sensor module and form a family LAN. The way of wireless design is more easily than the traditional smart home that difficult to wiring and renovation. It not only reduce the cost of labor and equipment, but also can avoid the reconstruction project of the destruction of the room and save the renovation of quantities.Because the security monitoring as part of the domestic intelligence home is very important,in this paper, to the contrastive analysis of target detection to the illegal invasion algorithm in video monitoring, corresponding to this system, the chosen algorithm is single gaussian algorithm, it is faster and is suitable for the background model. Android system as the most popular smart phone operating system, this paper selects the system as a smart home control system of the operating system, and through the Eclipse software design the application of intelligent terminal software, this paper also introduce the concrete method of the application software design, and also design the communication between the mobile intelligent terminals and the main controller through WIFI technology, and allow people to query, management own home devices and home security on Android terminal devices.The design of smart home control system is using ZigBee technology and WIFI technology platform, electrical home appliances control, family environment control, home security and other management and service in one of the smart home control system.And it has a certain reference significance in the development field of smart home.
