Poyang Lake Eco-economic Zone has a variety of living creatures live in,which made it a large biological gene pool, but the area often suffers from disease andinsect attacks, which is seriously harmful for biodiversity. Citrus, as the first big fruit ofthe zone, its planting area is large, but the domestic citrus exotic harmful biologicalmonitoring and early warning network system is not mature; reports of citrus exoticharmful biological monitoring data are not in time; workers are in a low efficiency incollecting information of citrus exotic harmful biological invasion, and the monitoringdata is very large, which is easy to cause data errors, and the accuracy is not high.Therefore, develop citrus exotic harmful biological monitoring and early warning systemhas great significance in promoting the construction of citrus exotic harmful biologicalmonitoring and early warning system, improving remote decision-making andmanagement level of citrus exotic harmful creatures, and promoting citrus industrycontinues to be healthy. At the same time, the project has reference significance for therest of the region and even the other regions’ agricultural exotic harmful biologicalmonitoring and early warning system.First of all, this system built a basic information database of citrus exotic pests anddiseases through practical investigation and consulting a lot of relevant information.Basic information database contains the introduction of exotic pests and diseasescharacteristics, the method of prevention and cure, and image information, etc.Secondly, combined with some relevant experts’ opinions, relevant literature, andthe actual situation of the zone, the project established citrus exotic harmful biologicalpest risk assessment model, users can obtain the information of the pest risk level of theharmful pests and diseases according to the standard assessment assignment online.Finally, the project established citrus exotic harmful biological monitoring and earlywarning network platform based on Internet data acquisition, data transmission, dataprocession and data expression, realized the management of citrus exotic harmfulorganisms in standardization, regionalization, information and intelligent.
