Design And Implementation Research Of Changsha Cable OTT Three-screen Interactive Application Management Project

Abstract:With advancing of integration of three networks and high enthusiasm for e-China, it has become a problem that how CATV network companies makes a transition quickly to adapt to the market. Broadband network develops rapidly and people acceptance rises continuously at present, and in the face of this condition, broadcast&cable networks have to pocket their pride and integrate into embrace of networks. CATV Changsha Network Co., Ltd, as a member of broadcast networks, had its volume of business declined in the three years of three networks integration; especially, it is possible that OTT (IPTV) takes the place of traditional digital TV in2013. Therefore, study of OTT three-screen interactive application is an important strategy and an inexorable trend rather than a simple integration of TV and net or a new interactive type.Basic summary of project management and studies of all aspects on OTT both at home and abroad are presented in the opening chapter of the thesis. And then the thesis analyses the necessity, importance, feasibility and implement environment of the three-screen interactive project of CATV Changsha Network Co., Ltd. Based on those analysis, the paper proposes the general design plan of three-screen interactive project and expounds how the project works from aspects of project summary, project organization, project quality, project progress, project information, human resource and breakdown; the paper organizes project team according to designed matrix, manages project progress by Gantt chart, makes project quality system and evaluates participants. At last, the paper explains how to control, defense and implement from the aspects of risks as well as key and difficult points, and clears the whole procedure of the project and gets preconceived results.19charts,11tables,50references.
