Attitude control system and video capture and transmission system are animportant part of achieving on the control system of a panoramic vision-oriented fouraxis flight robot, attitude control system’s performance directly affects the stability offlight robots in the air, the performance of video capture and transmission systemdirectly affects the video image clarity that the flying robot captured during the flightand the video image’s quality transmitted to the ground. Compared with thetraditional quadrotor, attitude control system mentioned in this paper is made up by3-aixs accelerometer and3-aixs gyroscope instrument, which can effectively enablemanufacturers to eliminate the costly and complex selection, qualification, and systemlevel integration of discrete devices, guaranteeing optimal motion performance forconsumers. the Wi-Fi technology was used for wireless transmission of images.Based on the control system performance requirements of the panoramicvisual-oriented four axis flight robot, this paper proposed the system design overallprogram and made the module division for the overall program according to theirdifferent performance indicators. Through the analysis of the posture informationrequired by the flight robot attitude control system, the overall design program isfirstly designed and then designs the each module according to the overall program,thus can achieve the debugging model board of the flight attitude control. Based onthe requirement of wireless image transmission system of the flying robot, designingout a set of video capture and transmission system, this system integrates the functionof video capture, storage, transmission and so on. After debugging the actual flightrobot attitude control system board and video capture and transmission system board,the results shows that the two systems both can meet the requirements of flight robotcontrol system.
