The bridges are important parts of transportation, its security has been widely concernedin recent years. At present, the most effective analysis method for bridge structure is bridgeload test. This thesis utilizes a mature dynamic signal analysis equipment-DH5920dynamicsignal measurement and analysis system of Jiangsu Donghua test technology Limited byShare Ltd as the hardware platform, develops a substitute of the software system of theoriginal equipment in order to solve its problem of aging and instability, the main contents areas follows:(1) The related contents of serial communication and IEEE1394OHCI protocol arestudied, then the plan to develop an ActiveX control by Visual C++platform to realize thecommunication between DH5920and computer through IEEE1394bus interface is fixed,and the signal processing theories involved in the analysis of test signals are introducedbriefly.(2) The functions of software are divided into4modules, namely data acquisitionmodule, signal display module, signal analysis module and file operation module, eachmodule is divided in detail and realizes different functions respectively, The applicationframework is formed by using the MFC Technology of Visual C++platform, the dataacquisition control module is realized by adding the ActiveX controls in this framework, thismodule can control the downlink commands of hardware equipment such as channelinformation and sampling frequency parameter settings with ActiveX control, and select adifferent clock sampling function to complete sampling according to different frequencies,realize the anti aliasing filtering and data processing functions by implementing commands tocontrol hardware devices, signal display module realizes real-time display of waveform anddatum display, the signal analysis module can realize FFT analysis, power spectrum analysis,and analysis of damping characteristics, the file operation module can save and read the datafile.(3) The connection to the hardware device is realized through the application in a loadtest of bridge, the results are compared with results of the original software, and the functionsand stability of the system are validated.
