In north China in winter ice river is a common natural phenomenon. Such as the northeast songhua river basin, Inner Mongolia reaches of the Yellow River, northern xinjiang rivers such as the high latitude, ice will appear earlier, talk later, thicker ice. The largest ice thickness can be up to1.6m. So can form lots and lots of ice. The main reason is affected by the cold wave intensity big, influence early, long time. Various factors lead to adverse to talk in the coming year, monitoring dredge disadvantage is easy to cause spontaneous combustion hazards.In recent years, is increasingly research groups all over the world attaches great importance to the water situation in high latitude area research. In this paper, the author also participate in the postgraduate stage, taiyuan university of technology professor Qin Jianmin bingqing group, through experimental research and engineering practice, the author puts forward a new method for detecting bingqing. Alpine region according to the river when it freezes, vertical cylinders of river ice monitoring three kinds of air, ice and water in the medium of different temperature characteristics, this paper designed based on DS18B20temperature sensor of high display resolution thickness of ice temperature gradient-automated detection sensor. This topic by the national natural science fund project "based on air, ice and water physical properties difference of ice elimination process and principle of continuous on-line detection of mechanical strength study (51279122)". Sensor adopts single bus structure, internal by MSP430single chip microcomputer to realize the control of the temperature gradient of digital data acquisition of the monitoring, the sensor has the advantages of simple structure, low power consumption, strong anti-jamming capability, etc. We install the new sensor three hukou river channel of the Yellow River in Inner Mongolia and the on-site ice data acquisition test for two months in a row. This paper expounds the design process based on new ice sensor, field experiment and data analysis. The main contents are:1. The first introduces research background and significance, and the status quo, the existing water sentiment detection technology at home and abroad and then put forward on the basis of the existing system combined the technology of detecting ice temperature gradient multi-point automatic monitoring system of the situation of water of river section of the plan, finally, the development direction of river basin water sentiment detection technology to do the analysis.2. The system design based on the feasibility analysis of the characteristics of physics experiment system in detail the composition of the solution. 3. Introduces the development state of the temperature sensor, and finally the characteristics of the system chooses the DS18B20, encapsulation, internal structure, power supply mode and communication sequence, etc.4. Hardware structure and software flow of the system is introduced in detail.5. The installation of the system and the experimental data processing are introduced and analyzed. According to previous generations of ice sensor is difficult to accurately determine the Yellow River ice on the surface of the lower boundary problem, this article the author to the collected data of ice flood has carried on the detailed analysis, summarized a set of new methods determine the upper and lower surface of the ice. Using the new method to determine the ice thickness and test site artificial measured ice thickness is the same, to prove the correctness of the method.Through the sensor for temperature gradient data of the Yellow River. Ice temperature gradient data obtained through the acquisition of further analysis, can fully grasp the situation of the river ice changes, the experimental results show that the sensor is a kind of new ice temperature gradient, the thickness is more suitable for engineering application of ice detection equipment.
