As the evolution of LTE (Long Term Evolution), LTE-Advanced is designed to meet the needs of the wireless communications market that asks for higher requirements and more applications of communication quality in the coming years and even to exceed the existing IMT-Advanced requirements. Meanwhile, it also designed to keep a good backward compatibility of the existing LTE system in technology. LTE-Advanced proposed a series of improvements in the performance of cell-edge technologies such as customer service and multi-point relay technology collaboration technologies (CoMP).With the development and application of LTE-Advanced technology, LTE-Advanced responds relatively much better than conventional LTE system in performance. Still, as people continue to require higher and more applications of mobile networks, more advanced and stable mobile network services are imperative to meet their growing demands. As the core technology of the LTE-Advanced system, CoMP technology aims to improve the performance of the mobile network service effectively and the quality of service for edged users. However, most currently applied CoMP technology are designed basing on a single signal quality, which proceeds a CoMP scheduling algorithm according to the signal quality. In this way can it cumber the algorithm performance and the stability of CoMP, which thereby affects the efficient implementation of the whole process of CoMP,and then reduce QOS system. While as one of the core CoMP algorithms, CoMP cooperative node selection algorithmis directly are related to the quality of CoMP service performance, thus there is a great applications and researches value to design and improve the algorithm performance of CoMP.This article mainly studies and analyzes the technology in coordinated multi---point (CoMP) from two aspects of selection algorithm-improving the performance of LTE systems RSRP accuracy and the signal quality CoMP cooperative nodes---to promote the service performance of the entire CoMP process. This article presents a proposal based on Kalman filter algorithm and a signal quality measurement selection algorithm based on adaptive signal quality CoMP cooperative nodes and load information. Meanwhile it studies the open-source simulation system searched by the University of Vienna, and a simulation test has been made for the system-level performance of the algorithm under such system. The results show that the proposed algorithm based on the design of the CoMP system can effectively improve the performance of edged users.
