Compared with the interference coordination in the systems of LTE, CoordinatedMulti-Point(CoMP) transmission can always perform better at the edge of cells, and CoMP isconsidered as one key technology in LTE-Advanced standard. In this paper, the pre-coding methodsare discussed to inhibit the interference and decrease the complexity between users. And the userscheduling algorithms are discussed to increase system’s capacity by choosing better channelcondition for users.Based on LTE-Advanced system, the pre-coding for CoMP and user scheduling techniques areanalyzed in this paper. Joint optimization can be turned into several independent optimizationproblems by SLNR pre-coding which is researched in pre-coding chapter. Considering theinterference, pre-coding vectors are iteratively optimized based on leaked signals in the improvedSLNR pre-coding. Compared with SLNR, the system throughput is increased both in ideal CSI andnon-ideal CSI, according to the simulation. SLNR pre-coding is adopted in user scheduling chapterand based on limited feedback, two improved user scheduling algorithms which have lowercomplexity and better performance than greedy algorithms are researched in this paper.Furthermore, the second’s system performance can be improved with more and more candidates indifferent CQI feedback models.
