As computing technologies continue to advance there has been a rapid growth in the amount of digitally available peraonal information, bring the privacy concerns of individuals to a forefront. Regardless of being the fundamental research or aims at the practical application domain,the research about the privacy preservation technology has the very vital significance. Especially for a specific field and the background of a specific application, its privacy preservation technology has become the new hot research spot gradually.The main contents of the general privacy preservation technology are the protection in the low application level to the database privacy data. In the practical application, the privacy content which needs to protected is decides by the different concrete demand. To some concrete domain and reality application, the dedicated privacy preservation technology and method,which is not only tally with its actual situation and characteristic but also the effect and efficiency is most satisfactory,is needed imperativly. In the medical domain, the privacy protection question appears very prominent.In the Twelfth Five-Year Period, One of key tasks about the medical informational constructs of the Ministry of Health is advances the electronic health record and the electronic medical record data resources construction. In end of the Twelfth Five-Year Period, two big basic data resources storehouse, the electronic health record database and the electronic medical record database, will be completed. Along with the individual electronic health records to be accepted gradually and to be extensive use, the individual privacy revelation risk about the healthcare and the healthy information arouses more and more attention day by day.The research goal and content of this dissertation may summarize are:The fingerprint features key generation technology and its application on Personal Health Reocrd.The main contribution and innovation of this dissertation as follows:1, As for the blurred image restoration and fingerprint image segmentation,we proposed a algorithm, calls it "the breeding and genetics algorithm". This algorithm applies the breeding theory and technology of biology to make the innovative change with the tradition genetic algorithm.This algorithm is used in the function optimization, the blurred image restoration and fingerprint image segmentation. The experimental result indicated that it can by the small population scale and with the few heredity algebra rapid convergence to the global optimum. The experimental result showed that it can constricted to the global optimum quickly with the small population scale and the few generation. In the population evolution process, all individuality were assembled to the global optimum. In the practical application which is not to need the exact solution and attention the operating speed such as image restoration,this algorithm woule play the very good role.2, We carried out the experiments on the figures generated by these two fingerprint scanners, and determine the measure of quality of figures in the fingerprint key system. According to the measures, the fingerprint figures can be divided into two types:’usefulness’or’uselessness’.Then, we design and implement a key-generation model or algorithm based on the13-pixes and4digits in the pseudo fingerprint templates. The model has some advantages. One advantage is using both the4-digit number and the fingerprint to generate key.4-digit number is easy to remember, and fingerprint guarantees the safety of the key. Another advantage is the use of the pseudo fingerprint library, and templates topologically generated by library are difficult to be cracked. It is easy to destroy the templates even if they are stolen. The next advantage is that users don’t necessarily take any identify card, such as smartcard, and only4-digit number and real-time fingerprint are needed to recover the personal key. The last advantage is that it can be used for the identification as well deal with nonrepudiation.3,We has analyzed the privacy characteristic of the data element in the Personal Health Record Data Sets. We have done the encrypt/decrypt experiment for character and document files.We proposed that the electron health records data would be divided into four privacy ranks. We propose an embedded method which could provide privacy-safeguard and data-security layer for the Personal Health Records. The fingerprint image is not only play the status authentication the role, but also as the key of the encryption algorithm with the fingerprint key generation scheme. This scheme may enhance the protection level of privacy security and the data quantity has not obviously change.Finally, these is the full text summary. It has analyzed the question which in the present research work needs to improvement and pointed out the research direction of the next step works.
