With the rapid development of cloud computing and bioinformatics technologies,electronic health data has become the core content of e-health system after considering its ability to collect,store,process,and transmit medical information,which ushers in a new era of precision medicine.To ensure the confidentiality of data,we often encrypt the data before outsourcing them to the cloud.Unfortunately,most traditional encryption methods will significantly reduce the data availability and operability,which imped the functions of data sharing,search,and testing.Thus,how to achieve fine-grained access control,how to realize searching with full-expressive keyword expressions,and how to test over the ciphertext have already become important issues in the development of e-health cloud computing.In this paper,we constrcut an attribute-based searchable encryption scheme to achieve fine-grained access control,which also ensure the secure storage,management,and utilization of the data.In the case of respecting the wishes of data owners,users can encrypt and decrypt data scientifically,reasonably and efficiently,which not only improves data security,but also saves a lot of communication and computing costs.Our scheme supports non-monotonic and hybrid keyword conditions,which can handle any searching predicates that represented by a boolean structures involving AND,OR,NOT,and also digital keyword and textual keyword.Besides,we firstly provide an accurate search results ranking mechanism in boolean search predicates,in which the keywords are as expressive signed to documents,the individual query keywords and clause can be weighted separately to compute the relevance score with the Salt on boolean model to enable the cloud server to "personally" return the top k results which best meet the searcher's wishes.In addtion,as a special type of medical data,genetic data is often used as raw materials for various genetic testing.In order to achieve efficient utilization of ciphertext,we then explore and capture the essence of four kinds of genetic tests in cloud computing by combining equality test algorithm with existing encryption schemes.We infuse attribute-based ciphertext with equality test to adapt personalized medicine test and achieve genetic paternity test,disease susceptibility test,and genetic compatibility test simultaneously by employing identity-based encryption with equality test supporting flexible authorization.It guarantees that the test can be executed when authorized by both parties,and no other sensitive information should be disclosed.In addition,we utilize pseudo-random functions to process the head of genetic data to achieve efficient testing of the data.
