Abstract:In manufacturing, it is an effective way to reduce the risk of debugging and revising by testing the control method through process control simulation technologies and devices. But the limitations in simulation resource allocation and expansibility of the experimental system have limited its application in the actual production. To solve this problem, cloud manufacturing is introduced in this paper.By researching design, packaging and services of the process control simulation platform based on cloud manufacturing, this paper proposes the overall architecture. Then the platform is completed by implementing the semi-physical of control systems and optimizing the scheduling process of virtual resources. So that users can complete their experiments by using the cloud services of process control simulation. The main work contents include the following points.Firstly, the architecture of the process control simulation cloud platform is proposed. After in-depth analysis of process control simulation and technical characteristics of cloud manufacturing, this paper designs the architecture with five layers for the semi-physical simulation platform, including physical resources layer, virtual resources layer, core service layer, interface layer and application layer. And the service model, hardware, software and network topology structure are studied simultaneously. According to the functional requirements of each layer in the cloud platform for process control simulation, on-demand services such as design, simulation and experiments are provided to users by packaging manufacturing resources into virtual cloud services. That is the virtual manufacturing resource sharing and advantage integration.Secondly, by the study of resources virtualization and its scheduling method, a mapping structure with three layers is designed to virtualize control objects and control systems. There is also an overall structure of resource scheduling method, which establishes a virtual resource scheduling model according to the actual demand. By introducing the elitist strategy and simulated annealing algorithm, the particle swarm optimization algorithm is improved and more adapted to the virtual resources scheduling in cloud manufacturing.Finally, the cloud platform for process control simulation is completed, and the specific implementation of its five layers is elaborated in details. Flue gas desulfurization process in sintering is introduced to prove the effectiveness of the process control simulation cloud platform. According to the analysis of its process feature, the control target is determined. After the simulation experiment in the platform, its operating parameters are optimized which can be used in the industrial field of flue gas desulfurization process to reduce the risk of debugging and revising and improve the control effect.
