Automatic-Alarmed CTI Group Phone System For Small Colliery

With the development of computer and telecommunications technology, it appeared continuous integration, continuous penetration trend, finally came to the CTI (Computer Telecommunication Integration) technology. CTI technology is very broad which has many functions of call center, voice mail, auto attendant systems, etc., It has been widely used in electric power, petroleum, colliery, railways, ports, public security, banking, call center and other departments.Our country is not only a traditional coal power, but also a country with frequent colliery accidents. The research found that the excessive concentration of gas and carbon monoxide is the main reason. In addition, the temperature also affects the production of colliery. At present, our country basically uses wired network layout for safety information monitoring system under the colliery, and wired network has poor flexibility, incomplete coverage, monitoring exists hidden dangers. In the aspect of alarm, it mostly uses the form of loudspeakers or SMS cat to send SMS, but these two solutions both have some disadvantages.Therefore, a kind of CTI group telephone system applied in small colliery is put forward in his paper. The system not only has the basic function of colliery production need, such as telephone recording, intelligent dispatch, interactive telephone meeting, but also uses ZigBee network, wireless sensor nodes to design and realize on-line real-time monitoring of concentration of gas, carbon monoxide and temperature. The design of the scheme can effectively solve many problems, such as the expandability of wired layout is poor, monitoring coverage is incomplete, and information transmission is susceptible to electromagnetic radiation. When the monitoring data is beyond of the preset safe limit, it uses the group telephone system to make alarm telephone call to relevant staff automatically, broadcasting pre-recorded alarm voice, reminding related workers to process timely, achieving the effect of avoiding risk timely and effectively, reducing the probability of accident greatly, avoiding casualties and economic losses. The design of the system greatly facilitates the communication, scheduling and tracking security responsibilities of colliery production. The system uses temperature and humidity sensor to give a simulation test and run under laboratory environment, it proved that the system can achieve on-line real-time monitoring the current temperature and humidity of the laboratory accurately, and when the temperature and humidity data is beyond of the preset limit value, the group phone system can make alarm call automatically, broadcasting alarm voice. The system can achieve the functions pre-designed and there is a good prospect. There are35figures,29tables, and67references in this paper.
