The Design And Implementation Of Logistical Materials Management System For Armed Police College Logistics

The reasonable management of logistics materials is the basis of the normal operation of the Logistics College of the Armed Police and is the fundamental guarantee for the development of the college. In recent years, the Logistics College of the Armed Police clutch the management efforts of logistics materials and effectively ensure the management of logistical materials, with continuous increase of the daily work of the college, the importance of logistics materials management is gradually revealed, how to faster and better complete logistical materials management has become a problem that the college need to seriously consider. Recently, the college leadership designed and developed the logistics materials management system of the Logistics College of the Armed Police by various studies and combining with modern management tools and using computer technology as the basis, so that can quickly and efficiently complete the management of logistical materials.Logistics College of Armed Police Force Logistics Material Management System system development using object-oriented analysis and design methods, the use of project management software project management theory. Requirements using use case diagram and use case describes the UML language needs analysis, design, system architecture design, using the class diagram, sequence diagram UML language module design, and database design. Finally, logistical College of Armed Police Force Logistics Material Management System using JAVA language development, MVC design pattern, demonstrated to achieve renderings and part of the code.This paper made a detailed design and analysis of the system, and divided the system into five important modules, including basic data management, which introducing the system maintain relevant information to meet the specific needs of the management; daily business management,which comprehensively and systematically managing logistical materials business; the document query management, which helping the system staff system to do data query; query statistics management, which implementing statistical work of system data; system maintenance, which setting important information of the system.The deployment and operation of the system basically met the needs of the logistics materials management, made sure the work efficient of logistics materials management, made the processing of large amounts of data become more simple, reduced the burden on the staff, improved work efficiency, and provided important reference data for logistics materials management and provided a favorable reference for the leaders to develop the next work plan.
