Design Of Financial Information Management Platform Based On The Public Database

Abstract:With the rapid development of Internet technology, construction of digital campus became a trend for modernization of college education. As a fund management sector in college, the financial section needs to renew itself during its development. Financial management in college is no longer a job of simple accounting. In order to provided a suitable and integral financial information for the development and decision of college, and get out from the "isolated information island", the building of a Financial Information Management Platform on which the data can be enjoyed together is on the top priority.Firstly, this paper introduced the background we researched, and summarized the present research situation about financial information system of home and abroad; Secondly, this paper gave the overall target of Financial Information Management Platform and the specific needs of six modules: Remuneration payment, budget management, student fees management, project management, comprehensive information inquiry and system government. What’s more, we provided the design principles of Financial Information Management Platform, entire framework and design course, and gave a detailed description to the design process of the platform from functional design and database design. At last, this paper showed the achieve interface of Financial Information Management Platform, and elaborated the corresponding development details.
