Radio frequency identification(RFID) technology is an advanced automatic identification technology,has been widely used in industrial automation,manufacturing,marketing and distribution and other fields. ISO international organization formulate a series of RFID standard,the rapid development of RFID protocol standards makes RFID conformance test developing rapidly.Conformance testing is usually done by manual testing;it will cost a lot of manpower and time.To solve these problems,this thesis researches on testing of automatic platform.This thesis studies the new ISO18000-4 protocol standard《Parameters for active air interface communications at 2.45Ghz》,design and implementation of conformance test platform based on the new ISO18000-4 protocol standard.Including the following aspects:1. Research on the conformance test theory and finite state machine theory.Analysis the ISO18000-4 protocol based on the finite state machine model.Design the finite state machine model of reference reader and reference tag.Analyzing and summarizing the ISO18000-4 standard protocol,extract all the test items from the protocol combined with the conformance testing requirements.2.Design for ISO18000-4 conformance test plan and test procedures.There are three testing plans including the basic test,the error test and anti-collision test items. Each test plan has a series of targeted test cases.Combined with common software testing methods and the characteristics of the software running on embedded hardware platforms,the testing process has been designed in this thesis.3.Design and implementation of conformance test platform based on ISO18000-4 protocol.The overall structure of the test platform has been besigned,the hardware test module including reference reader and reference tag also has been implemented,frame management module and test management module has been designed.Implemented test work of target system, we have generated test report and analyzed the test results, verified the feasibility of the test platform.This thesis based on the research conformance testing theory, proposed conformance test platform solution based on ISO18000-4 protocol.The finite state machine model of reference reader and reference tag,test plan,test procedures and test platform has been designed and implemented. Provides a conformance testing platform is simple and convenient for the testers,and a reference for the research of conformance testing of ISO18000-4.
