| As the public service, the quality and safety of drug would directly influencepeople’s healthy life. Thus, it is the essential part of government’s responsibility tosupervise the quality of medicine. However, the traditional way of supervision hasdefaults in many aspects. Luckily, the rapid development of the web and IT industry hasprovided technique supports and new solutions for the management and supervision ofdrug quality. Not only improves the current system, it can also expand the time andspital dimensions of such management. Taking the management and supervision of drugquality in ZS city, located in Guangzhou Province, as the background of this thesis, weanalyzed the current situation and existing problems of drug quality supervision,followed by the necessity of introducing information means into the management.Besides, we introduced the management system of drug quality supervision in foreigncountries, the experience of some domestic cities’ construction of IT system for thesupervision of drug quality and the theoretical basis and related technologies that ZScity’s drug quality supervision and management system used.Having known the needs of system, we devised the technical route and systemimplementation plan. Based on the NET technology, using B/S mode, taking VisualStudio2005for programming environment and SQL Server2005as a back-enddatabase development software, we made use of Visual C#development language forsystem development and design. The system used the method of structured analysis.First of all, we analyzed the system function requirements and the user requirement ofZS city’s drug quality supervision and management system, and drew the transactionflow diagram, data flow diagram and E-R diagram. Then, with the contents of the needsanalysis, we designed the overall system structure. By refining the process of drugsupervision, which ended up in the function structure of the information system, wedivided the system into7parts, i.e. loading, transporting to inspection, inspection,quality inquiry, supervision, statistical form and system management, and finished thedetailed design and database design of then. What’s more, with the functionenvironment and overall implementation scheme of the system’s software and hardware, the thesis includes the main code and operation interface of all the modules. Finally,according to the basic approach of system testing, the thesis provides corresponding testcases.In ZS city, Guangdong province, the drug quality supervision and managementsystem can provide users with different permissions with corresponding service, whichblazed the trail of public’s right to know and participate. By realizing the electronicbusiness process of drug quality supervision, making office work paperless andautomatic, the system improved efficiency and saved resources. In the end, the systemhelp us realize the sharing of information resources, which makes all the supervisorshave a comprehensive understanding of the to the whole supervision process, resultingin high quality and timely decisions. |
