TCM clinical trial management system described in this thesis is based on the development of focus scientific and technological project of Sichuan province.The subject of study is using computer information technology to establish a clinical trial management platform of Chinese medicine,systems integration project management,pharmacy management,identification and information publishing modules,improving the authenticity and accuracy of experimental data effectively,ensuring the safe use of new drugs.In particular,the introduction of fingerprint identification module,put an end to the patient to repeat the use of fake identity to participate in the same problems in experiments.Fingerprint identification is one of the most important biometric technologies which has been widely used for personal identification in many areas, such as access control, criminal investigation and Internet authentication because of its uniqueness. Most fingerprint identification systems use the minutiae matching. The performance of minutiae matching fingerprint identification system relies heavily on the quality of the fingerprint image. In order to enhance the robustness and efficiency of the fingerprint identification systems, it is essential to improve the fingerprint enhancement algorithm in the minutiae extraction module.This thesis studies the automatic fingerprint recognition algorithm under,especially for mass fingerprint comparison of the aspects of image database.Improved fingerprint image preprocessing algorithm,the details of the feature extraction algorithm,the matching algorithm,and the efficiency of fingerprint image recognition algorithm.In this thesis,the author made the following key aspects of the work:1. The traditional image of the fingerprint feature points is improved by using automatic threshold selection,effectively improving the false image of the fingerprint feature points and image segmentation algorithm to filter out the reliability.2. We present a fast fingerprint enhancement algorithm. This algorithm is based on the estimated local ridge orientation which can adaptively improve the valley structures and ridge of the input fingerprint image.3.Focused on the fingerprint image feature extraction algorithm,proposed a extraction algorithm based on singular points(triangle points and center),determining the singular point and its type through the strike of the Pointcare value.4.Comprehensive discussion of the singular points of fingerprint image based on the classification method,and divided the fingerprint image matching into two levels.First,using ROI thinking to statistic the number of bifurcation and endpoints.and then use variable limits based on fingerprint image matching method box,reduced the fingerprint image matching algorithm for computing the time.
