Research On The Development Path Of Prefecture-level Literary Journals In Henan Province Into The Enterprise Management System

Culture is the root and soul of a region. Prefecture-level literary journals is the important carrier of our local cultural inheritance. They have special effect that can’t ignore in improving people’s cultural quality, Inheritancing of local culture, increasing local cultural strength.As the development of market economy and digitalized technology, culture commercial and culture commercializes has evolved. This situation makes the prefecture-level literary journals in Henan Province’s living environment big changes, and make it gradually into a difficult position of financial difficulty, small amount of circulation and low level of publications, and so on.On May17,2011, the general office of the central government and The state council general office of the People’s Republic of China jointly issued<To further the reform of the current politics class newspaper publishing unit system>,to clear the current politics class newspaper publishing unit system reform’s guiding ideology, principles and demands, the target task, measures for the implementation, policy guarantee and organizational leadership. The document requires the current politics class newspaper to domestic reform task before the end of September2012.On July5,2012, Henan Province press and publication organization reform working conference of the first batch of the current politics class newspapers was held. The meeting officially announced the first batch of the reform of the current politics journals list in Henan. It contains39units. Some of them four units are<The Gardens><Peony><Gonggeng><Dongjing Literature>.There exists four municipal literary journals in Henan Province, namely the Zhengzhou Gardens Magazine "the Gardens"、Luoyang "Peony"、Nanyang " Gonggeng " and Kaifeng " Dongjing Literature ", are all the financial business units under the whole government support. Currently, the Enterprise Reformations of the four municipal literary journals have been working in accordance with the deployment of the central and provincial Press and Publication Bureau, but the conversion process is not easy.This thesis analyzes the reality situation of the four units after the conversion and has found that they are facing with the same problems--such as the funding resources are not loose, the management mechanisms are not perfect, the publications development directions are not clear. Although both the government and their own attempt to make some efforts, the results are not satisfied.In view of this, Henan municipal literary journals must shape the core values of the brand, integrate with new technologies, develop their own authors and seek for business strategies suited to them, then explore and sum up a range of coping strategies for their own development.
