China Mobile’s Full-service Platform For Centralized Billing System Interface Design And Implementation

4G telecom licenses issued in2013, marking China’s telecommunications industryentered the4G era. China Mobile Communications conducted a comprehensive building andcovering TD-LTE network, China Mobile became the GSM, TD-SCDMA, convergedcommunications, group line, residential broadband, TD-LTE for China Mobile full-servicecarriers. China Mobile’s TD-LTE communication system being test run, TD-LTE billingsystem is independent of the system. Because TD-LTE devices around the city, differentvendors around the city led to TD-LTE is not the same billing system interface platform,billing system file storage and file types are inconsistent, current address different equipmentvendors, the integration of different services, so that all billing system for unifiedmanagement, data exchange and facilitate future maintenance and management has becomean urgent problem.This article discusses the Chinese mobile preferred full-service billing system interfaceplatform focused research sources and background, but also analyzes the domestic andoverseas Chinese mobile full-service platform for centralized billing system interfacedevelopment. According to China Mobile LTE construction, combined with the applicationof the current billing system running the existing network interface platform, put forward bythe distribution layer, analytical layer, transport layer solution. Through the Web Serviceinterface, JAVA technology and segment interface at all levels of the application andultimately the function of the design of the whole business of China Mobile centralized billingsystem interface platform.
