Research On Application Of NGBSS Billing Subsystem

Aiming at the condition of the domestic telecommunication billing system, China telecom began to study upgrading and rebuilding problem of billing accounting system in2012.In view of analysis, research and summary of the existing telecom billing accounting system, combining the successful experience of other telecom operators at home and abroad, China telecom formed the technical specification and business practice of NGBSS.This paper expounds on the present situation of China telecom billing system and accounting system of the telecommunication industry. Based on the mobile services, solid telephone business, this paper carries thoroughly analysis and completes system plan. The system solves the problem as follows:1. Providing the integrated and quasi real-time billing platform system for telecom operators.2. Providing timely and accurate billing service ability and flexible way of payment charge-offs for users.3. Providing unified business process and process management, unifying charging planning and calculation methods, consolidating classification of billing and use, uniting data dictionary and coding scheme for manager.
