With the emergency and development of the new media,The user-operated media likemicrobloging,micro-channel,blog and bbs and so on,are increasing popular in the field ofcommunication.These media have a great role in promoting,for widespread dissemination ofinformation and the manufacturing of hot topics.The influence of microbloging is particularlyevident.Compared with the traditional media,the user-operated media has lots of new traits: Theuser-operated media is based on digital technology of Web2.0, and it is the result of thefurther development of new media;The range of communicator has greatly increased,and thewhole people is participating in the communication basically. A variety of transmission waysuch as spontaneous transmission, sharing, interactive and so on;The timeliness ofinformation transmission becomes stronger, the time is not subject to geographicalrestrictions, etc., in addition, the media and anonymity, virtual sex, publicity and othercharacteristics. As from the impact of media on the public problems is more and more big, thepublic is even more obvious characteristics.This paper will analyze and research for the public nature of user-media,mainlyincluding the performance and influence of the public nature,to get a more comprehensive ofthe public nature,points out the problems and negative effects in the process of user-operatedmedia’s communication,provide some theoretical and reference for user-operated media’scommunication.
