Wechat, one of the social network service APPs of Tencent is rising rapidly with the developing of mobile technology, the reduction of the cost, and the popularity of smart phones. And, as another powerful application of Wechat, Moment also wins the admiration of the increasing number of users, which is aiming at the acquaintance.Wechat Moment influence the interpersonal communication in a new expe-rience. This paper focus on Wechat Moment as the study object, and discuss about its impact on interpersonal communication. Based on the "uncertainty re-duction theory","cognitive dissonace theory" and other related theories, the in-fluence of Wechat Moment has both positive and negative influence on inter-personal communication. In terms of the possitive influence of Wechat Moment, it enlarges the range of communication from the acquaintance to the strangers, even business firm, and it also turns the interaction between users into reality. Wechat Moment also has the negative impact on interpersonal communication to some extent, such as the "text trap", the strangers and the interaction between customers and business firm. Text trap damages the normal interaction, the ex-posure of personal privacy endangers the interpersonal communication, and the potential risk of business, these could be seen as the result of improper use of Wechat Moment. From the above, several strategies is propounded in this paper, such as self-displine, using external forces to regulate the communication order in Wechat Moment.
