ABSTRACT:The Mogao grottoes of Dunhuang is a kind of grottoes ruins, which across the entire cliff. During the protect process about murals, statues and other treasures in cavern, micro-environment of the cavern is a major impact on protect quality. Especially the temperature, humidity and carbon dioxide in the cave are controlled, which have nonlinear, time-varying, time-delay and other features, especially the time-delay tends to make disturbance cannot detect right now, adjusting effect can’t timely reflected, lead the system become overshoot or oscillation, micro-environment of the cavern are hard to control. The caverns which sizes are not uniform, shape are complexity and lack of sophisticated mathematical models to accurately describe the current relationship make the management and micro-environment control become extremely difficult. The environment outside the cave is continually changing. These will cause the dynamic change of environmental parameters, resulting in environment predictions of cavern become highly uncertain. Therefore, how to accurately predict the micro-environment of cavern is one of the difficulties in this project.Above these Complex issues, in order to adjust the micro-environment of the cavern become easier, this paper has developed a micro-environment control system, to make murals, statues and other treasures be better protected; autonomous design a automatic door which use on the cavern; a micro-environment controller was embedded in this door and develop the hardware and software of automatically separated controller which embedded smart control algorithm; by comparison and analysis variety control algorithm, finally, with integral of Fuzzy-Smith predictive control algorithm was selected, which meet the requirements of big change of object parameters. Through its analysis of stability and model simulation, its stable performance and high reliability was proved. Others work is the functional validation and debug on automatic door of the cavern.
