Networked Control System (NCS), i. e. Network-based Control System, is a new style of control system architecture, and is a feedback control system in which all control system components are connected together by a real-time network.NCS which integrates computer, network, communication and automatic control, provides many advantages, has became more and more common used in recent years. But uncertain delays are inserted into NCS loop by the shared networking, brought in many problems as time delay problem and so on. The thesis does some research works on time delay computing and time delay forecast evaluation, network induced delay compensation strategy, simulation and experiment of NCS. The main researches are as follows:Firstly, NCS's background, concept and basic problems are introduced. The key problems on NCS and the improvements of NCS are emphatically described. Then the main work which the thesis has done is proposed.Secondly, To the existing network-induced time delay based on TCP/IP, network time-delay is measured and analyzed. A method of on-line computing and predicting time-delay is proposed.Thirdly, the networked control systems whose biggist network time-delay is larger than one sample period are researched. The dynamic fuzzy controller is designed, and the optimal parameter library corresponding to different network time-delay is obtained by genetic algorithm. While network time-delay is changing, the controller parameters can be turned dynamically by the optimal parameter library. It can ensure the stability and the performance of the control systems.At last, The Simulation technology of NCS is studied.First of all, a new NCS simulation toobox ,Truetime is introduced. The simulation on NCS is made by this toolbox to verify the validity of the control strategy. Secondly, A real-time simulation system of NCS based on TCP/IP is described, and establish the fundation for the application of NCS.
