With the development of technology, people have more and more demand for real-time temperature monitoring, temperature monitoring traditional way no longer meet the people of the requirements of the production process, from industrial production, medical pharmaceutical to agricultural cultivation of many manufacturing processes and work depends on the temperature control accuracy to achieve. This paper is based on the temperature monitoring project greenhouse planting in agricultural production, powerful programming function based on the FPGA chip, temperature sensor, combined with fuzzy control and other technology,common developed a set of intelligent temperature sensor alarm system, to help people realize the temperature monitoring and control functions with low cost.The temperature sensor FPGA alarm system consists of a FPGA chip, temperature sensor and an alarm control module three parts. A temperature sensor for temperature signal acquisition of production site, and the collected data through the way of digital signal is transmitted to the FPGA for further processing chip. FPGA chip for parameter setting, temperature signal acquisition and comparison of threshold processing work, and based on the data processing result from the normal response to the control signal to the alarm module. The alarm module contains a warning indicator lamp and alarm device, can receive alarm response signal control. In this paper, detailed analysis and Research on temperature sensing alarm system based on FPGA, the main contents are as follows:1) Development of temperature sensor FPGA chip alarm system based on the hardware circuit, gives the FPGA chip, power supply circuit, display circuit and the function module, configuration module.2) Prepared temperature sensing alarm system software based on the FPGA chip, the clock division design, data acquisition, threshold using the FPGA chip and the response function of control signals.3) Combined with the design of the hardware and software system, development of temperature sensing alarm system based on FPGA object, can realize the real-time display of the sensitive area of the greenhouse and alarm function.Combined with the FPGA chip and intelligent temperature sensor DS18B20, which makes the temperature alarm system with intelligent convenient, system features strong expandability and low production costs, but also for the future implementation of monitoring network, cross regional centralized monitoring laid a good foundation.
