Remedical warm pants is a functional clothing which was designed for physically disabled people, and its heating and warming function rely on active heating. Our research aims on the temperature control system. At present, the I type temperature control system is already put into experiment. The overall design and circuit design of the II type temperature control system was also completed. Content of the third chapter in this article, which is wireless data transceiver realization, is prepared for wireless communication of the II type device.On wireless data communications, based on the analysis of the working mode and the transmission protocol of the RF chip, the chip was configured to work in PTX,PRX mode and realized the point to point single direction wireless communication. And then, based on this kind of correspondence, this article designed the RX TX mode two directions wireless communication.According to the request of the project, in order to make the system could respond quickly and reach a correspond control precision, switch temperature control and PID control combination method was used as the system control algorithm, this method can avoid integral saturation phenomenon to some extent. In addition, at the implementation of the PID algorithm, this paper discussed the function of the PID parameters self-turning .On system program designing, this article analyzed the multi-tasking system and considered the principles of designing process and the way to spilt the process into threads. Then according to the"forward branch"principle, this paper designed the overall dispatch of the system program. The system dispatch achieved different priorities of different tasks by set different time intervals, As designed like this, The CPU can allocate different time to different tasks that need different service frequency.At last, according to the design, three different methods were put into experiment based on the I type temperature control system, and this paper analyzed the experimental data and the curves .
