With the rapid development of information technology, more and moreteachers and students have laptops, tablets, smart phones with thefunction of WLAN. In order to adapt to the school information construction,this term we deploy a wireless network in the classroom, laboratory,library, large meeting rooms, academic lecture hall and so on,which meetthe needs of school teaching and research of the wireless network. Userscan can achieve the goal of data communication at any time any places inthe office area.A wireless network in colleges and universities has become animportant part of campus life and it is the foundation of wisdom campusfacilities.It makes the departments, students and teachers, as well asthe personnel engaged in social, academic, and all kinds of businessactivities closely together, which plays an important role in theeducation system. Wired network dominates the campus network, andwireless network construction is in its infancy. In recent years, thecable network construction, operation and maintenance of practice showsthat the current network is "wired", so there are many problems in theapplication of the inevitable. Then the regional selection ofequipment for construction of wireless network, select the protocolstandard, determine the networking mode, planning, design andimplementation of wireless network. Finally, it detailes wireless networkperformance test acceptance and innovation on the test method.Campuswireless network is built, so it has effected the school’s teaching mode,teaching idea and teaching management. It also has brought greatconvenience to school faculty, student’s study and life.At the same time,this paper provides wireless network construction program which can alsogive certain reference to other colleges and universities who are readyto build the campus wireless network.
