Design And Implementation Of Equipment Defect Management System Based On Workflow Technology

The rapid development of science and technology has changed people’s production and living ways. Since the second industrial revolution, machinery and equipment have been replacing the manual labor, thus we have come into a depending on equipment ear. With the development of technology and the use of automation and intelligent, the equipment have became smarter. But, those equipments still differ with those true intelligent creatures for that cannot expression its own state and justify its work pattern automatically when the state changed. Those features make equipments out of operation when they deviate from the normal state, namely failure occurrence. Failure is often caused by defective equipment. If we can elimination the defect in time, the goal improving operation security level must come true for that we can slide away the equipment failures. Thus the concept of equipment defect management was proposed, people must arrange the equipment defects examination and create defect elimination plans and operate defect elimination.Equipment defect management is the core content of safety operations, with the progress of technology and increasingly category of equipment, the types of defect is becoming more and more complicated. In order to improve the level of equipment completely stable operation, this paper proposes a defect management process based on workflow technology. The usage of workflow technology in equipment specificities the defect elimination process, and improves the level of defect management.With the progress of technology and increasing of equipments, the types of defect also have been becoming more and more complicated. Thus, the consideration of how to improve the management level is dearly needed. For improving the management level and assuring equipments’ operation steady and safe, a defect management process based on workflow was proposed to stipulate the cooperative procession in equipment defect management. The construction of defect management system can solve the perform undefined responsibility and time-consuming information delivery.The object-oriented analysis and design method was used in this case. The adhibition of use case model has identified the key works and roles that members of each department plays in defect management procession. Then the actual exact requirements and functional system design was gotten with those information. In the end the B/S structure software system was constructed with the use of Struts2and ExtJs in Java language system.
