Marketing plays a key role in pushing electric enterprises to the market. The marketing of Electric power is directly related to the economic benefits of the electric power enterprises. Meanwhile, the overall marketing management level of electric power straightly determines the image and service level of the electric power enterprises, thus putting forward a higher requirement for the marketing management and service level of electric power enterprises. Enterprises informationization is one important technical means to achieve the above goals.According to the marketing management mode and situation of electric power and having summarized on major business process based on demand analysis, this thesis puts forward a design method of electric power marketing integration platform. On the basis of demand analysis, we get a systematical design target functional module and develop the B/S mode of GIS marketing integration platform. In addition, this thesis probes into the system’s development mode, design scheme, function modules and function implementation, etc.The characteristics of this system lie in that it designs software by adopting centralized data and scattered business, developing software in multilayer structure, components assemble and object-oriented approach and designing systematical business software in component-based method. The development of this system would regulate every module’s business process, which is in favor of the communication between users, thus is benefit for the improvement of work efficiency, the centralized management of system data as well as the enhancement of electric power enterprises’management. In short, the system design and implementation, the integration of production, operation and marketing and other professional information resources as well as the build of electric power integrated marketing platform on GIS realize the efficient coordination of trans-disciplinary marketing.
